Return Policy
We currently cannot accept physical returns on sold items due to the constraints and environmental impact of our logistic partner. However, we are constantly assessing potential logistic partners and solutions for a carbon-neutral return process.
Nevertheless, we have a 30-day refund policy if you are not satisfied with our product.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us and we will try to make it right for you.
To initiate the refund process, you can contact us at hello@elvncares.com by including your reason for the refund request and an image or a video in case of a damaged or wrongly sent product received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@elvncares.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
